Constraint-driven architecture
Every architectural decision is deliberate. We select tools and patterns based on a problem's actual constraints—not industry trends or team familiarity. If a system calls for Rust over Go, or a custom protocol over REST, we make the harder choice and justify it with benchmarks.
Write boring, clear code
Clever code hacks are liabilities. We prioritize structural legibility, strict typing, and explicit side-effects. The next engineer should understand the codebase in minutes, not days.
Architectural autonomy
Zero vendor lock-in. We co-author architecture alongside your in-house engineers, document design patterns openly, and ensure your team has full operational autonomy to run the system.
Immutable environments
If it doesn't run in a clean, reproducible container, it doesn't exist. All compile tasks, packages, dependencies, and environment keys are declaratively structured.
